b) Notwithstanding the points (a) above, the licensee may cede this contract and the rights to use the package and software to a successor: if that successor is approved by the licensee, this authorization is subject to: (i) the co-signer who concludes in writing with the licensee that he is bound by the full terms of that replacement contract and (ii) that the successor is not considered a competitor to the licensee or a party that the donor would not otherwise have qualified as a licentious. [1] Target License Package (TLP) is a source code license for testing in the target environment (simulator or target CPU, details of which are provided by the licensee on the TLP environment form) and remote technical assistance (by email, phone, web) can be provided to support the LDRA tool suite® configuration and configuration. (a) The license fees shown in the schedules (s) are based on the authorized number of users, Designated Sites (s), designated network(s), Den contractors and licence term, all indicated in the schedules (s) and terms of this list. Additional/different charges may be due for changes to this data. The taker undertakes to inform the donor of such a change without delay and the licensee will charge the licensee such a change if a varied fee is charged by the licensee in the manner specified in the licensee (if applicable). (c) in the event that the purchaser wishes to appoint an external contractor who uses the parcel and software on its behalf or receives a separate additional license for that supplier, the licensee must: (i) obtain the licensee`s consent for the external contractor concerned, including the work to be done, the location of the contractor and the system to be used by the contractor; (ii) to grant the donor permission (if the donor requests it) an agreement duly executed between the licensee and the external contractor, which the donor is authorized to approve or otherwise approve, and (iii) to obtain from the donor a separate “off-site” supplement that the off-site contractor must accept and sign, but which does not release the taker from its obligations or obligations under this agreement. including, but not limited to paragraphs 3.6-8,10,13 and 22 above. (u) “Tool Chain Configuration” or “TCC” is a source code license and the availability of remote technical support (e-mail, phone, web) for the LDRA tool suite® with a specific tool chain.
