(c) If applicable, the operating period begins on the institution`s reference date and ends, subject to the provisions of this agreement, at 11.59 .m. on the last day of the month, the 20th (twentieth) anniversary of the trading date. (d) twenty-four months prior to the end of the operating period, the contracting parties meet to discuss the extension of this agreement under conditions that reflect the market for electricity generated from solar sources at the time, as well as with other additional modifications and conditions that the parties may agree. None of the parties is required to accept the renewal of this agreement. 3. ACCESS TO PREMISES AND THE FACILITY PROPERTY (a) The host provides access to the supplier and its agents on the premises for the duration, for the purposes of designing, installing, maintaining and maintaining the facility and any other purpose defined in this agreement, and by other means, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
